Product Features:
- Cables that generate pulse signals less than 5mV under external factors such as bending, vibration, shock, and temperature changes are referred to as low-noise cables, also known as anti-vibration instrument cables.
- Low noise means that the cable can reduce triboelectric noise (also known as motion-induced noise) rather than electrical noise. The cable achieves this by coating the outer surface of the internal dielectric layer with graphite. If a non-low-noise cable is used, the movement of the cable will add extraneous signals to the data, resulting in errors in data analysis. Therefore, using charge output accelerometers in conjunction with low-noise cables is the correct choice.
Usage and Characteristics:
- Fluoroplastic insulated high-temperature low-noise cables can be used as connection lines for devices such as sensors that transmit weak signals, and can also be used in instruments and meters that demand low noise from the connection lines themselves. They feature high-temperature resistance, flexibility, low noise, and good mechanical properties.
